Who are you listening to?

Amazingly, I feel Yeshua (Jesus) speak to me through the most tragic story of Shakespeare’s Macbeth. I am reading this story again in its original because of a conversation I had recently with a neighbor who loves Shakespeare. The words are rich, dramatic, and tragic.

In my prayer time yesterday morning, I felt Yahovah speak from this story and I wrote these words,

“Many that start off serving the King with all their heart, when acknowledged for their service, even as the KING wants to reward them, are turned in their spirit by evil witchcraft, evil spirits, sons of Belial, Jezebel lies – focusing them in on their own importance. The heart then wants to be the king and no longer serve the King. There is treachery in self-promotion and self-importance.”

“You were running so well. Who turned you away, that you should not obey the truth?” Galatians 5:7

Who put your focus on you? Self-importance? Comparison? Self-preservation? Fear of man and their opinions? Who are you listening to? Family, friends, elder board, academia, peer group, social media…or Yahovah God and His Word? Who has most of your attention? The ones who have most of your attention are the ones who have your heart, your first love. Beware the ones sent into the government, the churches, the colleges…to steal your affections and replace the Truth of God’s Word with man’s opinions and demonic lies.

It's subtle, my friends. Doing good works without doing Yahovah’s will is still disobeying Him. We must cry out in these days of deception to Yahovah God for help and discernment. What is evil is called good. What is good is called evil. Isaiah 5:20. We are here. We must follow our KING, Yeshua, the Messiah, our Jewish Messiah and serve Him only.

2 Chronicles 20:12 (we do not know what to do, but our eyes are on You, Yahovah...)

Zechariah 2:13 Be silent O all flesh before Yahovah; for He is raised up out of His holy habitation.
