Stepping up! Day 8 - we are half way there! Psalm 127 -
Except the Lord build the house, they labor in vain that build it; except the Lord keep the City, the watchman stays awake in vain. It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows, for so God gives His beloved sleep. Lo, children are a heritage of the Lord, and the fruit of the womb is His reward. As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man, so are children of the youth. Happy is the man that has his quiver full of them. They shall speak with the enemies in the gate.
Dear YeHoVaH God, we love You so much! We pray, by Your Holy Spirit, we will work together with You to build Your House, not with human hands (Hebrews 8:2), but Your spiritual temple from living stones (I Peter 2:5). Help us to be watchmen and women on the walls knowing Your Word intimately, studying it fervently, so we may understand the time we are living in and prepare the way for Your coming again! Thank You that the work You give us to do is not in vain. I Corinthians 15:58 says "Therefore my beloved brethren (and sisters) be ye steadfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as you know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord. Strengthen us Father to do Your will and to build alongside You, the household of God, Jewish and Gentile believers together again forever, "built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ (Yeshua HaMashiacH) Himself being the chief cornerstone, in whom all the building fitly framed together grows into a HOLY TEMPLE in the Lord, in whom you also are built together for a HABITATION of God through the SPIRIT. (Ephesians 2;20-22). We PRAISE You Father, Yeshua, Holy Spirit (ECHAD, One). IN Jesus Name we pray, Amen.
