One New Man

Jeremiah 31:31-34 Behold, the days come, says the Lord, that I will make a new covenant with the House of Israel, and with the House of Judah. Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they broke, although I was an husband to them, says the Lord. But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the House of Israel: After those days, says the Lord, I WILL PUT MY LAW in their inward parts and WRITE IT IN THEIR HEARTS; and will be their God, and they shall be My people. And they shall teach no more every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying Know the Lord, for they shall all know Me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, says the Lord. For I will forgive their iniquities, and I will remember their sin no more.

Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ for it is the power of God unto Salvation to every one that believes; TO THE JEW FIRST and also to THE GENTILE (Greek). The new covenant that God writes on our hearts is the gospel, Jesus (Yeshua), for He is the only One who can fulfill the requirements of the LAW, which is perfection. Jesus dwells in the hearts of true believers and perfects us (Psalm 138:8). Jesus (Yeshua) was preached to the Jew first, and then to the rest of the world through those Jewish people who believed; then, we were grafted in to the olive tree or the House of Israel (Romans 11:17). So amazing! We serve the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Jacob was renamed Israel (Genesis 32:24-28), so we serve the God of Israel! We are living in a time when the blinders are being taken off of many Jewish people (a spirit of slumber, a mystery, Romans 11:8) and they are looking for a true relationship with God; they are looking for Yeshua and finding Him, as people who are believers in Jesus already, turn to them in love and humility. There is a warning though, especially for our day when God is waking us all up, "Do not boast against the branches. But if thou boast, you bear not the root, but the Root bears thee" (Romans 11:18). But also a great blessing if we will see and understand. Together, we make ONE NEW MAN and then the Lord will return to dwell with us forever. So awesome!
