MOUNTAIN TOP to Valley

Why is it when you finally make it to the top of the mountain with God, the time comes quickly when you have to start the descent again into the valley where there is so much impossible work to be done?. Impossible for me, but not for our Mighty and Glorious God. I hold on to this promise.

Again, I am in the Valley of Decision (Joel 3, the nations are called to know the God of Israel), calling out prepare the Way for our Savior is coming, not as a little baby, but as the Lion of Judah. So many missed the signs of His coming the first time. Will we miss the signs of His coming again? Do we know the prophetic Word? This Christmas we should think not only of when He already came but preparing our hearts for when He will come again.

Have you ever heard of this Valley of Decision? It is the Valley of Jehoshaphat. Shaphat means He judges in Hebrew. Jeho is Jehovah or Yehovah. It is the valley where God judges the nations. Let the nations be wakened and come up the valley of Jehoshaphat, for there will I sit to judge all the nations round about. Joel 3:12 Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision; for the DAY of the Lord is near in the valley of decision. ... The Lord also shall ROAR out of Zion, and utter His voice from Jerusalem (Mt. of Olives, Zechariah 4:14) and the heavens and the earth shall shake, but the Lord will be the hope of His people, and the strength of the children of ISRAEL. Joel 3:14 and 16 ISRAEL means ISRAEL. Have you been grafted in? (Romans 11) Do you know the signs and prophecies that tell of our Jewish Messiah Jesus' return? Go through, go through the gates; prepare ye the way of the people; cast up, cast up the highway; gather out the stones; lift up a standard for the people. Isaiah 62:10 There's a job for you! I have set watchmen (and women) upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night; ye that make mention of the Lord, keep not silence. And give Him no rest till He establish, and till He make Jerusalem a praise in the earth. Isaiah 62:6-7 Jerusalem means Jerusalem...Why I even have to say this breaks my heart.but for those who have replaced Israel and Jerusalem with the word Church, they have done wrong and so much damage to true understanding of the scriptures. (see my post on Council of Nicea a while back ago). If any of you have gotten this far, thank you for walking this valley with me for a little while. It gets real lonely down here sometimes, even as I hear Jesus' beckoning me forward and always holding my hand (Isaiah 41:10). For Zion's sake, I will not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem's sake, I will not rest until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the Salvation thereof as a lamp that burns. Isaiah 62:1 "We are going to the Promised Land!" I hear Him say, "March on soldier...I love you."
